How To Report an X Evidence
This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of submitting an X (Twitter) post as evidence on XRZJ.
Prerequisites
- You must have an XRZJ account and be logged in
- You need the URL of a specific X post you want to preserve as evidence
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Your Activity Center
- After logging into your XRZJ account, click on Activity in the user navigation menu (usually located in the top right corner of the page)
- You will be redirected to your Activity dashboard
Step 2: Access the Publish Page
- In the Activity section, look for the left sidebar navigation
- Click on Publish in the sidebar menu
- You will see the "Publish X Post" page with a form to submit evidence
Step 3: Get the X Post URL
Important: You must navigate to the specific post's detail page on X (Twitter) to get the correct URL.

- Open X (Twitter) in your browser: https://x.com or https://twitter.com
- Find the post you want to preserve as evidence
- Click on the post to open it in its detail view (this is crucial - do not copy the URL from the timeline)
- Once you're on the post's detail page, copy the URL from your browser's address bar
URL Format: The URL should follow one of these formats:
https://x.com/username/status/1234567890https://twitter.com/username/status/1234567890
Example:
https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1234567890123456789⚠️ Important Notes:
- Make sure you're on the post's detail page (click the post timestamp to open it)
- The URL must include
/status/followed by a numeric ID - Do not use URLs from the timeline or embedded posts - they may not work correctly
Step 4: Fill in the Form
Back on the XRZJ Publish page, fill in the following fields:
4.1 X/Twitter URL
- Paste the X post URL you copied in Step 3 into the X/Twitter URL field
- The URL should match the format:
https://x.com/username/status/1234567890orhttps://twitter.com/username/status/1234567890
4.2 Publisher Comment
- In the Publisher Comment field, write your evaluation or comment about this X post
- This comment will be displayed publicly when the evidence is shared
- Explain why this post is significant or what evidence it provides
- This field is required
4.3 Category
- Click on the Category dropdown menu
- Select an appropriate category for this evidence
- Categories help organize and classify evidence records
- This field is required
4.4 Visibility
- Choose the visibility setting for your evidence:
- Public: The evidence will be visible to all visitors on the public X feed (
/x) - Private: The evidence will only be visible to you until you change the setting later
- Public: The evidence will be visible to all visitors on the public X feed (
- You can change this setting at any time after submission
Step 5: Submit the Evidence
- Review all the information you've entered to ensure it's correct
- Click the Fetch & Save button
- The system will:
- Validate the URL format
- Fetch the post content, metadata, and X account information
- Automatically capture a screenshot (when possible)
- Store all information as an evidence record
- You will see a success message when the submission is complete
Step 6: Verify Your Submission
- After successful submission, you can view your evidence record in the Activity section
- Click on X Posts in the left sidebar to see all your submitted evidence
- Click on any record to view its details, including:
- The original post content
- Screenshot (if available)
- X account information
- Your publisher comment
- Statistics (likes, retweets, replies, views)
- Timestamp information
Tips for Best Results
- Always use the post detail page URL: Click on the post timestamp to ensure you're on the correct page before copying the URL
- Write clear comments: Your publisher comment helps explain the significance of the evidence
- Choose appropriate categories: Proper categorization makes it easier to find and organize evidence later
- Use Public visibility wisely: Public evidence can be found by anyone searching the platform
- Verify after submission: Check that all information was captured correctly, especially the screenshot
Troubleshooting
Invalid URL Format Error
- Make sure you copied the URL from the post's detail page (not the timeline)
- Verify the URL includes
/status/followed by numbers - Check that you're using
x.comortwitter.comdomain
Category Not Available
- If no categories are available, contact an administrator to create categories
- Categories must be set up before you can submit evidence
Post Not Found
- Verify the post is publicly accessible (not a private or protected account)
- Ensure the URL is correct and the post hasn't been deleted
